Parents with students from within the 14 NCCSE school districts can receive (on a very limited basis) IEP Day scholarships from the NCCSE office by calling Lisa Houghtelin at 760-761-5120. The districts served are: Del Mar Union, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, Cardiff, San Dieguito Unified, Encinitas Union, Carlsbad Union, San Marcos Unified, Vista Unified, Oceanside Unified, Bonsall Union, Fallbrook Union Elementary, Fallbrook Union High School and Vallecitos Union.
